Every logistical challenge is different. To identify which product solution is right for you, expert advice is essential. In a personal meeting, our sales staff determine which requirements the reusable transport packaging must meet. We work with you to develop the requirement profile for your individual solution. Thanks to the fact that our project solutions are implemented in our in-house development department, the communication channels are direct and we can react quickly and flexibly to your wishes. Throughout the entire project, you will have a dedicated contact person who will advise and support you in all matters.
Design based on your requirements
The technical requirements are summarized in a specification sheet. Based on the specification our product designers begin development and create design drawings. Detailed representations give the customer a precise visual of the product.
Design engineering: from model to mold
If requested by the customer, a model can be created in the shortest possible time using rapid prototyping. In this process, the model is created layer by layer from plastic by a 3D printer. It is also possible to produce further models with a specially manufactured prototype tool to test the product before entering mass production

Highly automated mass production
For mass production using the injection molding process, a tool is built based on the technical drawings. We work closely with specialist companies in Europe to build the tools.
Quality control in the in-house testing facility
After mass production, the reusable transport solutions are subjected to a thorough quality check in our in-house testing facility. Once the quality test has been successfully passed and the customer has given their approval, the new reusable transport packaging is delivered.
Individualization & Identification
Transport packaging based on your requirements
Our reusable plastic transport packaging can be customized according to customer requirements. We offer various individualization options in our modern processing center. From printing and engraving to Cut & Weld and friction welding – we offer everything from a single source. The containers can be provided with adhesive labels or inmould labels for identification purposes. We look forward to meeting your individual requirements and offering you customized solutions.
Seamless traceability thanks to RFID transponders
Flexibility, speed and security are crucial in warehouse and transport logistics. The use of RFID transponders offers a wide range of options for optimizing your internal and external container logistics. The use of RFID chips offers numerous advantages, including contactless reading of container information, improved transparency and quality assurance, precise localization and a reduction in container shrinkage.
Inmould labelling: Sustainable labelling
Inmould labels are inserted into the mold during the injection molding process and fused with the plastic. The label bonds permanently with the injected plastic and is flush with the container surface. This makes them durable, hygienic and resistant to industrial washing processes. Inmold labeling ensures high durability and resistance to abrasion, moisture and other environmental influences. This ensures long-term legibility.
