With the new contecline series, the manufacturer bekuplast has launched a container series onto the market, which has been specially developed for use in automated small parts warehouses as well as with shuttle systems. The name already reveals where the strengths of the contecline lie: In the field of "conveyor & storage technology".
Containers for modern materials handling and storage technology
The contecline is tailor-made for the requirements of modern conveying systems and storage technology and impresses users with its well thought-out design. The containers are equipped with a circumferential closed running tread base, which is designed for loads of up to 50 kg. Thanks to this special design of the base, the containers have ideal running characteristics and are particularly quiet when transported on conveyor lines. The sturdy, double-walled corner design also ensures a trouble-free process flow on conveyor lines in curved areas.
For use in high-bay warehouses, the containers are available with water drainage holes in the base and side walls in accordance with international fire protection regulations. For the side walls, you can choose between water drainage holes in accordance with VDS or FM Global guidelines.
Containers with flexible compartment subdivision
The contecline containers are equipped with an integrated partition wall system as standard. This allows individual separation of compartments between two halves and one eighth of a compartment. The partitions are inserted into the fixing slots of the container and cannot slip or make any rattling noises during transport.
Available in virgin material (PP/polypropylene) and high-quality recycled material (compound)
The containers of the contecline have a low empty weight and impress users with their top performance. With basic dimensions of 600 x 400 mm, these intralogistics containers are also compatible with other Euronorm containers. The contecline is currently available in three heights: 220 mm, 270 mm and 320 mm. All containers are available in virgin PP (polypropylene) or alternatively in high-quality BQC (bekuplast quality compound), which is a sustainable and attractively priced alternative to virgin material.
