Special containers for improved efficiency in logistics
The focus is on innovative solutions that are specifically tailored to individual logistical challenges. One example of this is a newly developed intralogistics container that enables efficient picking of small items thanks to well-thought-out details. This container has two transparent removal flaps that can be operated with one hand using a practical locking mechanism. Depending on the filling level of the goods in the container, the flaps can be locked at three different heights.
To prevent goods from falling out of the container during transport or picking, a two-part grid can be fixed to the frame. This grid can be attached and removed with a simple hand movement. Using the grid instead of a classic lid also ensures compliance with fire protection regulations. In addition, the picking bin offers grated handles, in-mould labels, openings for automation grippers and raised fields for adhesive labels – all features that make the bin particularly functional and user-friendly.
