Intralogistics series "contecline" expanded
bekuplast is expanding its intralogistics series "contecline". New to the range are an oversize container series and a tray.
contecline - oversize containers in various designs and trays
The contecline oversize containers are available in heights of 270, 320 and 400 mm.
The trays of the contecline series have a basic size of 638 x 424 mm.
The existing "contecline" container series with dimensions of 600 x 400 mm is supplemented by an oversize container in heights of 270, 320 and 400 mm as well as a tray. All products of the "contecline" series have been specially developed for use in miniload and shuttle systems. The "contecline" is characterised by low weight and high performance. The circumferentially closed miniload base, which is characteristic of the "contecline" series, convinces with a load capacity of up to 50 kg and ideal running properties.
Oversize containers with flexible compartment subdivision
The new oversize containers measure 650 x 450 mm. They are therefore also suitable for storing cardboard boxes with a basic dimension of 600 x 400 mm. For the storage and transport of smaller goods, the "contecline" oversize containers are equipped with an integrated partition system. The sturdy injection-moulded dividers allow 1/2 up to 1/12 subdivision as required. They are inserted into the standard slots in the side walls and base of the container. The securely fixed dividers do not slip and do not cause rattling noises during transport.
The oversize containers have four closed handles. Optionally, they are also available with ergonomic open handles and facilitate work where manual handling is required.
For use in high rack storage, the oversize containers are available with water drainage holes in the base and in the side walls. For the side walls, a choice can be made between water drainage holes complying with VdS or FM Global guidelines.
Tray with perfect running properties
The tray has a basic size of 638 x 424 mm. Non-conveyable goods can be transported and stored with the tray. Here, too, the circumferentially closed miniload base ensures optimum conveying properties. The tray is available with or without water drainage holes in the base and can optionally be fitted with four in-mould labels.

The containers and the tray of the "contecline" series fulfil all the requirements of modern conveying and storage technology. The extended product range includes:
- containers with basic dimensions of 600 x 400 mm in heights of 220 mm, 270 mm and 320 mm
- oversize containers with basic dimensions of 650 x 450 mm in heights of 270 mm, 320 mm and 400 mm
and a - tray with basic dimensions of 638 x 424 mm
A wide range of variants for handles, compartment dividers and water drainage holes allow custom-fit solutions depending on the area of application.
Containers available in recycled material
All containers and the tray are available in virgin PP (polypropylene) or in high-quality BQC (bekuplast quality compound). The BQC compound is a high-quality secondary raw material with documented and tested properties and a sustainable alternative to the use of virgin material.
