Greater efficiency with a front flap
For a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, bekuplast has developed a special container which is used to transport and store differently-sized bottles of medicines.
With the conversion to these special containers, the internal logistics of the pharmaceutical company was improved considerably. The innovative, upwards opening front flap is the special feature of the container. The frontal flap enables the bottles of medicines to be moved directly out of the container and onto the conveyor belt using a pusher. Manual unpacking of the goods becomes something of the past and a time-intensive workstep is saved.
The container with the basic dimensions 600 x 400 mm has been executed in two different heights 125 mm and 180 mm. Special ribbing on the edge and on the base of the container give it a high level of stability. For identification in the field of logistics, it features four inmould-labels all around. In addition, the secure, simple-to-operate closure, the ergonomic handles and the low weight make the containers particularly user-friendly.
