Analysing, questioning, improving: This is what bekuplast has been focusing on when it comes to putting the quality of the company’s training to the test. The efforts have been worthwhile, because alongside six other companies from the IHK district, bekuplast successfully participated in the new certification procedure for training quality within companies organised by the Osnabrück – Emsland – Grafschaft Bentheim Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was the first company in the county to obtain the new quality seal ‘IHK top trainer’.
This award recognises companies that offer exemplary quality training and have a convincing concept for skilled worker recruitment and staff development. By means of the audit process, the company’s training quality is put to the test and systematically improved. The focus is on the methodological implementation and teaching of the training contents. The acquisition of highly qualified young professionals is an important topic for bekuplast. As such, training has a very high priority in the company. Bekuplast offers training courses to young people who are committed and motivated on the job, people who convey a high level of specialist knowledge as well as those who enable responsibility.
