40 years of bekuplast – 40 years of Johann
A man who has been there from the very beginning: Johann celebrates 40 years at bekuplast.
Not only is bekuplast celebrating a special anniversary this year – Johann Roseman can also look back on an impressive 40 years of service. He has been part of the company since 1985 and has helped shape its development over four decades.
Last week, Johann was surprised with a surprise party in the company's own bekulounge. Waiting there were not only his family and current colleagues, but also former employees who are now retired. In a festive atmosphere, his colleagues presented him with a personal gift. The management then honoured Johann for his four decades of commitment and loyalty and presented him with a certificate of honour.
After the celebrations in the bekulounge, the party moved on to the Hof Veldink restaurant in Emlichheim, where everyone enjoyed dinner together. Wilhelm Roelofs, founder of bekuplast, also took the opportunity to congratulate Johann personally and take part in this special evening.
When asked what has kept him at bekuplast all these years, Johann replies: ‘Of course, money is important, but it's the team that makes the difference. Thanks to my colleagues, I really enjoy working here!’
He has particularly fond memories of the 25th anniversary, which was celebrated in style: ‘It was a great party and, as I had been there from the beginning, I also had my anniversary. The recognition for 25 years was very nice!’
As a production employee, Johann has witnessed the company's development first-hand. He is particularly impressed by the continuous expansion of the machine park: ‘There has never been a standstill here – bekuplast has constantly evolved.’
With his many years of experience, commitment and loyalty, Johann is a real veteran at bekuplast. The company would like to express its sincere thanks for 40 years of loyalty.
